TRY ON SERVICE

We know how difficult it can be purchasing clothes online, especially a dress for your wedding or elopement.

You can now try on any of our dresses and if you're not happy with the way the dress fits you can simply return the dress.

Available with-in Australia, New Zealand and United States. Only eligible for full priced items. We will issue a refund for the dress, minus the cost of postage and a $120 AUD try on fee. To be eligible to return the dress;

• You must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the dress.
• The item must be in unworn condition.
• The item must be returned via trackable post at buyers expense.
• Item must be returned within 3 days of receiving it.
• Return postage will be at buyers expense. We recommend using registered / trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
• All sale items and custom dresses purchased, including sample sale and ex-rental pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
