Shipping and Returns
TRY ON SERVICE
Available with-in Australia, New Zealand and United States. Only eligible for full priced items. We will issue a refund for the dress, minus the cost of postage and a $120 AUD try on fee. To be eligible to return the dress;
- You must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the dress.
- The item must be in unworn condition.
- The item must be returned via trackable post at buyers expense.
- Item must be returned within 3 days of receiving it.
- Return postage will be at buyers expense. We recommend using registered / trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
RETURNS
In the event you are un-happy with your order we're happy to help arrange;
- Exchange for a different size or new item.
- Store credit which will have no expiry date. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be removed from your store credit amount.
- Refund ($120 AUD try on fee will be charged and all postage costs are non-refundable)
- We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for custom made dresses.
- All sale items purchased, including sample sale and ex-rental pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
DELIVERY TIMES
In the description of each item, you can find if the item is in stock or pre-order. Please get in contact if you need a style sooner and we may be able to help arrange express delivery, for an additional charge.
In stock items; will be shipped in 5-7 business days after placing your order. If you need your order urgently, we do offer same day shipping.
Pre-order items; are shipped in approximately 4-12 weeks after placing your order (depending on which item you purchase).
SHIPPING WITH-IN AUSTRALIA
We are based in Sydney Australia, all items are sent via express post with Australia Post.
Most packages will arrive in 2-5 days to major metro areas, please allow more time for rural areas and delays. To calculate postage delivery times, head over to the Australia Post website.
You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped and can track your item here.
