Rental FAQS
Dress hire is available with-in Australia and New Zealand.
RENTAL PROCESS
You will be sent an invoice via PayPal for the security deposit, rental fee and postage, once it has been paid, please then sign the rental agreement and email a copy to us. Your item won't be reserved until your security deposit has been paid, payment must be made 7 business days before you need your item, to ensure it arrives on time. We have different slips to go with each dress, that can be included for no extra charge.
The security deposit will be fully refunded after the item is returned, as long as the item is returned in original condition. All pieces may have general wear as they are rentals and have been used before.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
We are based in Sydney Australia, all items are sent with Australia Post.
AUSTRALIA
We use the express shipping service within Australia, but unfortunately Australia Post is still experiencing extensive delays and cannot guarantee next day delivery. We will post your rental to you 6 days before you need it, to ensure it arrives on time. Please make sure your deposit is paid so we can post it to you. The approximate cost of postage will be $20-$40 this includes a return postage label and you can re-use the box that your rental is delivered in. The cost per dress varies depending on the weight.
NEW ZEALAND
Each dress varies in weight so please contact us for the exact shipping cost.
EXPRESS: Delivery time estimate 6-11 business days, $40 for up to 1kg.
STANDARD: Delivery time estimate 8-14 business days, $24 for up to 1kg.
Return Postage: You can re-use the postage box the garment arrives in and attach the address label to the front. Please note; you must take your rental into the post office, so you can pay for the return shipping. Your rental must be returned via trackable post.

Rentals can be worn for events such as weddings and elopements, there is an additional charge on top of the rental fee as the dresses require more cleaning.
We understand your rental may get wet or have some stains, we will take care all of the cleaning once the garments are returned. We only ask if you could shake off any extra dirt or sand and if the dress is wet, dry it laying flat before returning it. Please make sure the dress is fully dry before posting it back to us.
